Cooling Systems Summary
Single Phase Direct to Chip
Using a cold plate, heat is transferred to a circulating fluid that flows to a cooling distribution unit (CDU). Ideal for standard AI data centers.
Two Phase Direct to Chip
For superior heat absorption, fluid phase changes into a vapor that condenses in the CDU. Ideal for ultra-dense AI data centers.
